Return Process

  Log into your Dulcie account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
